At Gloimi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at contact@gloimi.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product.
