Refund & Returns Policy

At Gloimi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.


Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at contact@gloimi.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product.


Return Shipping

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@gloimi.com for instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
